What is Leo's?

Introducing Leo's Chile Con Queso, a family recipe inspired by my resilient grandfather, Leo Aguilar. From Mexico City's streets to establishing blood banks in Texas, Leo's journey is woven into this unique cheese dip, once commercially produced in the US. Now the third generation is carrying on the tradition and producing it in McLaren Vale. Leo's Chile Con Queso embodies joy, history, and celebrates life's pleasures. From making it while listening to rhythmic beats in my kitchen to sharing it with friends, Leo’s is a delightful blend of tradition and passion. Share with friends and enjoy!

Serving Suggestions

Whenever I open a tub of Leo's, it is a scramble between my kids, my wife and I to get some. It really is delicious.

It is such a treat for my family to saviour a tub of Leo's. With a glass of wine and a packet of corn chips, Leo's takes me to my happy place.

Stuart Johnston

From the moment I first tried Leo's, I was hooked. It is now a staple part of our diet.

The Leo's recipe was pioneered by my Mexican grandfather Leo Aguilar. Leo passed the recipe onto my mother Anne, who commercialised the recipe for distribution in the USA. I am now manufacturing and distributing Leo's on the Fleurieu peninsula in South Australia.
